Moringa Tea

Your hair can be nourished and protected by drinking Moringa tea which is a rich source of antioxidants as well as other essential nutrients. This has high Vitamin C content that helps in collagen production, making the skin healthy, useful skin while the antioxidants help in mitigating oxidative stress.

Over accumulation of free radicals can cause cancer. Free radicals are charged particles within the body leading to the imbalance i.e. oxidative stress. The presence of these antioxidants in Moringa Green tea can therefore help to neutralize these particles thereby promoting balance within the body hence reducing risks of cancer cells developing or spreading into full blown tumors. Additionally, research indicated that Moringa also triggers apoptosis or programmed cell death specifically in cancer cells thus preventing the spread of cancer.

Ingredients :

• Moringa leaves- a handful
• Green tea leaves- 1 tsp
• Water- 1 cup(150 ml)

Directions :

• Wash the moringa leaves thoroughly to clean any unwanted sand and grit. Set aside the cleansed moringa leaves.
• In a kettle, heat a cup of water.
•  Once it is hot, drop the mix of green tea and moringa leaves into the kettle.
• Steep for 5-8 mins. 
• Strain the tea and serve!
