  • Step 3 - Let the ginger release its full essence.
  • Step 4 - Reduce the heat to low. Let the ginger simmer in the water for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Step 5 - While the ginger is doing its thing, grab a lime and roll it gently on the counter. This helps in getting more juice out of it.
  • Step 6 - Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice of one lime into a bowl.
  • Step 7 - After the ginger has simmered, pour in the lime juice. 
  • Step 8 - Stir gently, letting the lime and ginger blend their flavors.
  • Step 9 -  Now Add honey to your liking.
  • Step 10 - Feel the comfort and health seep into every sip.
